Rankings for the female-male wage ratio in Minnesota have also improved significantly over the past few years, and the state has the second highest percent of women, 69%, in the labor force. More than 30 percent of women in this state have at least a Bachelor’s degree, and a whopping 92.6% live above the poverty line.
